By registering, accessing, or using the Furasha platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. About Furasha

Furasha is a digital marketplace that enables Providers to promote their services, manage appointments, communicate with customers, receive bookings, and process payments.

Furasha acts as a technology platform and intermediary service and is not the employer, partner, agent, or representative of any Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Provider Eligibility

To join Furasha, Providers must:

• Operate legally in their jurisdiction.
• Hold all licenses, permits, certifications, and registrations required by applicable law.
• Provide accurate business information.
• Maintain valid contact details.
• Comply with health, safety, consumer protection, and professional regulations.

Furasha reserves the right to verify documentation at any time.

3. Verification and Approval

All Provider applications are subject to review.

Furasha may:

• Approve or reject any application.
• Request additional documentation.
• Suspend listings pending verification.
• Remove listings that no longer meet platform standards.

Approval on the platform does not constitute endorsement, partnership, or certification by Furasha.

4. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are solely responsible for:

• The quality of services performed.
• Staff qualifications and certifications.
• Customer safety.
• Hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Accurate pricing.
• Compliance with applicable laws.

Providers agree to deliver services professionally and ethically.

5. Bookings and Appointments

Providers must:

• Honor confirmed appointments.
• Maintain accurate availability calendars.
• Provide services at the booked time whenever reasonably possible.
• Notify customers promptly of any changes.

Repeated cancellations or poor reliability may result in penalties or account suspension.

6. Deposits and Payments

Furasha may collect deposits on behalf of Providers.

Providers acknowledge that:

• Deposits may be held temporarily by Furasha or approved payment partners.
• Customer refunds may be processed according to platform policies and applicable law.
• Platform commissions, transaction fees, taxes, or service fees may be deducted where applicable.

Providers are responsible for declaring and paying their own taxes.

7. Pricing

Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing.

Prices displayed on Furasha must:

• Be truthful and transparent.
• Include mandatory charges where required by law.
• Match the actual service offered.

Intentional price manipulation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Customer Reviews

Customers may leave reviews based on their experiences.

Providers may not:

• Purchase fake reviews.
• Manipulate ratings.
• Harass customers regarding reviews.
• Offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

Furasha reserves the right to investigate suspicious review activity.

9. Professional Standards

Providers agree to:

• Treat customers respectfully.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Avoid discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
• Follow all applicable health and safety standards.

Violations may lead to immediate account suspension.

10. Insurance and Liability

Providers are strongly encouraged to maintain appropriate business and professional liability insurance.

Providers remain solely responsible for:

• Services performed.
• Customer claims.
• Injuries or damages arising from their operations.
• Employee and contractor management.

Furasha shall not be liable for disputes arising from Provider services.

11. Intellectual Property

Providers retain ownership of their business names, logos, and content.

By uploading content to Furasha, Providers grant Furasha a non-exclusive worldwide license to:

• Display listings.
• Promote services.
• Market the platform.
• Use uploaded content for platform operations.

This license ends when content is removed, except where retention is legally required.

12. Fraud Prevention

Providers must not:

• Create fake bookings.
• Manipulate transactions.
• Circumvent platform payments.
• Mislead customers.
• Submit false information.

Fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination and legal action.

13. Suspension and Termination

Furasha may suspend or terminate accounts when:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraud is suspected.
• Customer safety is at risk.
• Legal requirements demand removal.
• Platform standards are not maintained.

Providers may terminate their account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

14. Data Protection

Providers must comply with all applicable privacy laws, including:

• GDPR (European Union).
• KVKK (Türkiye).
• Applicable Syrian regulations.
• Other relevant international privacy laws.

Customer information obtained through Furasha may only be used for legitimate booking and service purposes.

Unauthorized use of customer data is strictly prohibited.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furasha shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue.
• Business interruption.
• Customer disputes.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Force Majeure

Furasha shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from:

• Natural disasters.
• Internet outages.
• Government restrictions.
• Armed conflicts.
• Public health emergencies.
• Technical failures.

17. Amendments

Furasha may update these Terms periodically.

Providers will be notified of material changes where required by law.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and consumer protection regulations in the markets where Furasha operates.

Mandatory legal rights and obligations remain unaffected.
